You can change the address if required. Then click on “Checkout Now” button. Then choose your payment method and click on “Checkout Now” button again to place the order.

Delivery time depends on your location and the availability of the product. Typically, it takes 1-5 business days for orders to be delivered.

There are 2 payment methods available on our platform right now: Cash on Delivery and Online via Khalti.

During the warranty period, X-AGE will replace the product for any manufacturing defects and if it does not imply with the specifications mentioned. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, such as cosmetic damage or degradation of battery capacity over time and damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, or other environmental factors not within the product's specifications.

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
